RETURN POLICY.

At Acapulco Rock & Soil, we care about our customers' satisfaction, so we kindly ask that you ensure the type and quantity of the material you request (purchase) is exactly what you need. Acapulco Rock & Soil reserves the right to accept returns that fall outside the outlined policies. We also reserve the right to make changes to these policies without prior notice.

 

  1. The maximum return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. You must have your receipt present at the time of the claim. Please note that for each return, a 25% restocking fee will be charged based on the total price paid.

  2. Cash Refunds. Cash refunds are exclusively for customers who paid for their purchases in cash and must present their purchase receipt at the time of the claim. NO returns or refunds of any kind will be accepted without a receipt.

  3. Store credits as a result of a return are NOT PERMITTED. If you wish to return merchandise, the refund will be issued in cash or by card, depending on the payment method, but no store credits will be issued. Credit notes are exclusive to customers who have a credit account with Acapulco Rock & Soil.

  4. All sales of loose materials, stones, pavers, flagstone, pebbles, artificial grass, and all our external suppliers (McNear, Belgard, Calstone, MSI, Delta Blue Grass, Bsalite) are considered final sales without exception, meaning NO returns.

  5. For the return of bagged materials from the Acapulco Rock & Soil and/or external suppliers, please consider the following: bags must be sealed, and the material must be in good condition and will also be subject to the 25% restocking fee policy.

  6. Acapulco Rock & Soil does not have an exclusive dump for trash, so a fee of $10.00 will be charged for each pallet you return. If you paid a pallet deposit, you will be asked to present your receipt for the refund of the amount and the acceptance of the pallets.

  7. Promotional and/or discounted materials are final sale, so returns are not permitted.

  8. Separated merchandise WITHOUT PAYMENT must be paid on the same day during office hours, otherwise, the materials will be put back on sale.

  9. Acapulco Rock & Soil can store your material, once paid, for up to 30 days. All materials not picked up or delivered within that period will be put back on sale. We are not responsible for forgotten material, and NO REFUND will be issued after the period has expired.
