PHONE ORDER POLICY.
Providing our customers with the highest quality of customer service is a matter of great importance to us at Acapulco Rock & Soil. Due to the increase in credit card fraud, we are being forced to implement a new policy for phone orders being taken by our sales staff and require receiving payments over the phone.
As of 08/01/2024 for purchases exceeding $1,500 our sales team will require the following information to complete the transaction:
Fill out, sign, and date our One Time Credit Card Payment Authorization Form.
Copy of an Identification with a picture matching the Authorization Form Information.
