DELIVERY POLICY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

We will always strive to accommodate your preferred delivery schedule. However, please note that if you request a cancellation of your delivery, Acapulco Rock & Soil requires a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled delivery time. Otherwise, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
  1.  To provide you with the best service, we kindly ask that if you need to change your delivery time, you notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
  2.  Punctuality is one of our core values. However, please understand that there may be unforeseen factors beyond our control that could affect our delivery times. In such cases, we apologize in advance and are committed to rescheduling your delivery as soon as possible.
  3.  Our drivers are experienced and knowledgeable about truck safety and material unloading and will always do their best. However, please be aware that the size and weight of our vehicles may cause damage to the unloading area, work area, or adjacent areas.
  4.  At Acapulco Rock & Soil, we care about your safety and the safety of your property, so materials will only be unloaded in your driveway.
  5.  If you need materials delivered to a specific location other than the driveway, Acapulco Rock & Soil requires you to sign a release of liability. Please note, unloading in these areas will only be done if the driver determines it is safe. Additionally, a person over the age of 18 must be present during the unloading process.
  6.  Once the materials have been unloaded, Acapulco Rock & Soil and its drivers are released from all liability.
